This policy explains what ECOMVENOM collects when you apply for the program or book a consultation, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to review your application and contact you.
1. Information we collect
Application details you submit: full name, email, WhatsApp/phone number, experience level, target market, budget range, and any message you choose to add.
Booking details when you schedule a call through our scheduling provider (date, time, and time zone).
Basic technical and attribution data: the page you applied from and campaign parameters (UTM) when present.
2. How we use it
To review your application and decide fit for the program.
To contact you by WhatsApp, email, or phone about your application and consultation.
To send appointment confirmations and reminders for a call you booked.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising to third parties.
3. Where it is stored
Applications and contact records are processed in our CRM (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) and the scheduling provider used for booking. These providers process the data on our behalf to operate the funnel.
4. Retention
We keep application and contact data for as long as needed to evaluate fit and provide the service, and as required by law. You can request deletion at any time.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, and you can opt out of further messages at any time by replying to any message we send.

6. Cookies and embedded media
We use minimal first-party storage to remember your language choice. The page embeds a video player (Wistia) and a booking widget (GoHighLevel); these load from their own domains and may set their own cookies to function.
